Wikipedia has Baghdad's population at 7 million, so it may take a while for a "surge" of 700 million American troops, but like they say, we just need patience. Stay the course! What kind of message are we sending to the enemy if we aren't even willing to send 700 million troops over there? Not to mention the 2.1 billion helicopters.

After that, we still have the rest of Iraq to secure. Me and Rummy can't imagine that will take more than a few months. Six at the most!
